Tucson Police Department Food Drive
The City of Tucson has kicked off a month long community food drive, in honor of Hunger Action Month. This is nationwide campaign that directly benefits hunger-relief efforts. The Tucson Police Department is pleased to be a part of this fight against domestic hunger, by collecting non-perishable food items and cash donations.
The City of Tucson has a goal this year to exceed past donations by at least 10% and the Tucson Police Department is making all police facilities not only available to its members, but also the citizens of Tucson as collection points during the Hunger Action Month. The following locations will be available to accept donations of non-perishable food items and cash donations.
270 S. Stone, Operations Division Downtown
4410 S. Park, Operations Division South
1310 W. Miracle Mile, Operations Division West
1100 S. Alvernon, Operations Division Midtown
9670 E. Golf Links, Operations Division East
945 E. Ohio, Evidence Processing & Identification Center
This is a great opportunity to give back to those who are less fortunate and may not have the means to provide for themselves or their families. Thank you in advance for participation.
