Kino Community Center and Southern Arizona Clay Artists Team Up for Empty Bowl Luncheon to Benefit the Community Food Bank

The Kino Sports Complex Community Center and the Southern Arizona Clay Artists will team up for this year’s Empty Bowl Luncheon on Thursday, November 3, 2011 to benefit the Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona.  Attendees may drop by any time between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM at 2805 East Ajo Way (near Ajo and South Country Club).

Participants will receive a beautifully handcrafted ceramic bowl donated by members of the Southern Arizona Clay Artists.  Lunches are $10.00 for the small bowls and $15 for the large bowls and that includes a variety of soups to sample, bread and a ceramic bowl of their choice to take home as a reminder of hunger in our community.  This year’s silent auction will be bigger and better than ever.
