Mulcahy YMCA – Kino Community Center and Southern Arizona Clay Artists Team Up for Empty Bowls Luncheon to Benefit the Community Food Bank

The Mulcahy YMCA – Kino Community Center (same location, new name) and the Southern Arizona Clay Artists (SACA) will team up for this year’s Empty Bowls Luncheon on Friday, November 9, 2012 to benefit the Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona.   Attendees may drop by any time between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM at 2805 East Ajo Way (near Ajo and South Country Club).  No reservations are needed.

Participants will receive a beautifully handcrafted ceramic bowl donated by members of the Southern Arizona Clay Artists and local artists.  Lunches are $ 15.00 and that includes a variety of soups to sample, bread and a ceramic bowl of their choice to take home as a reminder of hunger in our community.  This year’s SACA silent auction promises to be better than ever.
