Interested in healthy food?
The Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona will present a five-part class series around the food system, family nutrition, healthy meal planning, preparation, budgeting, and more. This class is geared towards anyone who is interested in increasing their daily nutrition in inexpensive, simple ways.
A healthy, delicious supper with recipes will be provided at each class!
When: Thursday evenings, Jan 16th- Feb 13th, 2014, 5:30-7:00pm
Where: The Good Shepherd United Church of Christ, 17750 S La Canada Dr
This series is free, but class size is limited so sign up early!
